3rd Grade Distance Learning
Week of 5/18
Hi Third Grade,
Last week you created a composition using the Music Composition Game. This week, I'd like you to copy it into the QComposer Lite so you can hear what it sounds like. Please log onto Quaver to view and complete this assignment.
Many parents have been asking me about submitting assignments on Quaver. I have FINALLY figured out how to do that!
When you're finished creating your composition on click "Menu > Save and give your composition a name. Then, click Menu > Submit to turn it in so I can hear it too.
I hope that helps! As always, please feel free to reach out with any questions.
Miss you,
Mrs. Madison

Hi Third Graders!
I hope you enjoyed learning about the great composer Mozart last week. Today, you're going to get a chance to become a composer by playing a game. Watch the video for instructions :)
If you don't have a pair of dice, here is a printable dice and a virtual dice

Good Morning my Musical Third Graders!
Thank you so much for sending in your pictures for the "Hello Teachers" video. I would like to finish the video in time for Teacher Appreciation week. Please submit your photos no later than Monday, May 4 if you would like to be included in the video.
I hope you enjoyed playing on the Quaver website last week. This week, we are going to continue using Quaver to review reading and writing rhythms in music. You can find a video and some actives on Quaver under "Assignments".
Almost everyone has created a Quaver account. Great job! I have re-attached the instructions for any one who still needs to make an account. 3rd Grade Quaver.pdf
I miss you all and I can't wait to be back in the classroom with everyone. Until then, keep in touch!
