Flu Clinics in the Schools

FLU CLINICS IN THE SCHOOLS     
The Putnam County Department of Health is offering flu vaccination clinics in all Carmel schools this fall.  Staff and students must register in advance via the link for the school that they work in or attend. Those that have not completed the registration form prior to clinic will be unable to receive vaccine the day of the clinic.

• Matthew Paterson Elementary School  - Tuesday, 10/13/2026, 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.  Register and complete the consent form here by Tuesday, 10/6/26.
• Kent Elementary School - Wednesday, 10/14/26, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.  Register and complete the consent form here by Wednesday, 10/7/26. 
• Kent Primary School - Wednesday, 10/14/26, 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.  Register and complete the consent form here by Wednesday, 10/7/26.
• George Fischer Middle School -- Wednesday, 10/21/26, 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.  REGISTRATION LINK WILL BE PROVIDED NEXT WEEK
• Carmel High School - Thursday, 10/22/26, 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. REGISTRATION LINK WILL BE PROVIDED NEXT WEEK

To register for your flu vaccine appointment:

• Click the registration link for the school that you work in/that your child (student) attends.
• Complete the requested information and questions.
• Check the box to receive SMS notifications with the appointment date.
• Parents/staff will not receive a confirmation email; an email reminder will be received prior to clinic date.
